MAPLEUNCOMMON is a wonderful gathering place in downtown Columbus, Kansas. Housed in a building originally built in 1914 as Sleases Department Store, it still has the original sculptured tin ceiling gracing it's expansive 2-story atrium lobby. In 1992 a complete renovation was begun. Today, rich oak flooring surrounded by an overflow of green plants and trees adds to the ambiance. Dramatic original art works complete the picture.

Today it is the home of the most elegant small hotel in the 4-State area.

Also within these walls is a limited number of executive offices and an eclectic gallery filled with treasures you won't find anywhere else.

MAPLEUNCOMMON is certainly a place you will want to visit in your travels through the 4-State area.
